With a compact design and operation with mechanisms and measuring instruments that allow you to learn to control all the fundamental variables that interact in a professional roasting process only found in high-performance machines, such as precise control of heat or burner power, the gas pressure, coffee temperature, cylinder air temperature (optional), airflow inside the roasting cylinder, and the speed of rotation of the cylinder.
The Primo Toaster has a USB communication port with your computer that allows you to capture the data of the changes in the time of temperature of the coffee and of the air in the cylinder, showing them graphically in the roasting curves through applications designed for this purpose such as ARTISAN or CROPSTER that will help you record, analyze and control a roasting profile.
The PRIMO-A Toaster Operates with a system based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with an automatic roasting control that in semi-automatic mode allows monitoring the roasting process and visualizing it graphically through a touch screen, adjusting the power of the flames very precisely in 1% increments.
In its Automatic mode, it allows programming different types of roasting curves controlled by the PLC, programming for each curve, five temperatures and flame powers for each roasting zone, saved in recipes that are available for many types of roasting.
