Industrias QuantiK SAS was ranked third in the fifth stage of the Alliances for Innovation Program, which aims for entrepreneurs in the Coffee Region to have technical, mental and practical innovation tools that will allow them to compete with other companies they face in the market.

Minciencias, Confecámaras, the Chambers of Commerce of the Coffee Region and the autonumus University of Manizales UAM are in charge of executing this project in the capital of Caldas, which began with the partition of 31 entrepreneurs at this stage.

Founded in 1994, QuantiK is a company concerned with coffee productivity. For many years, he has handled research, design, development, manufacture and marketing of industrial and laboratory equipment for the quality control of coffee.

Industrias QuantiK It has worked under the scheme of the application and advanced technological development of the country through the application of new technologies in the coffee industry, with committed and trained human talent that allows its fulfillment. Under this premise, the company developed a portable moisture meter machine QuantiK DH 200.

“We wanted to develop a device that would be quite inexpensive so that any producer can acquire it, that is simple to use, that is very intuitive and has no major complications.”, coment Diego José Vargas Rosero,
