The development of the course generates in the participants contact with the discipline of coffee roasting through immersion in the fundamental concepts, physical and sensory analysis, the chemistry of the process, the operation of equipment and machinery, roasting tests and exercises and the use of software for the design and modulation of roast profiles; granting the certification of the qualities that enable them to develop roasting processes with a focus on specialty coffees.

 

The methodologies of the Coffee Skills SCA Program and the QuantiK Master Roaster Program are mixed.
